To alleviate concerns related to international shipping, we absorb 20% of the shipping cost for all international destinations.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy: For goods that are substantially different, or not meeting acceptable quality standards due to fitting issues or damage beyond your control, we gladly accept returns for a full refund. Simply provide photographic evidence, initiate the return process within one week of receiving your order tracking number. Upon receiving your return items to our warehouse (358 Nguyễn Duy Hiệu, Hội An, Quảng Nam, Việt Nam), an electronic refund will be processed. Your responsibility is limited to shipping cost from your address to our warehouse.
